Ravinder Bahuguna is Founder & Director of Arogyam yoga.
His Background is from Yoga & Ayurvedacharya. He has been in this field since year 2011. He has completed PGD in Yogic Science From HNBG University Uttarakhand. Master in Yogic Science From uttarakhand SANSKRIT University HARIDWAR. He has Done Himalaya yoga Olympiad Certificate in Uttarakhand. Done 200 Hours yoga Therapy Certificate under the Experience of ( yoga Ratna Dr Makarand Madhukar Gore )

1How many times per week should I practice Yoga?

We recommend at least 3 sessions in a week for the first month. Depending upon the response.

2 Do you provide a free trial class?

Yes. Our first class is free(only for male trainers). Although, if you decide to continue with us, subsequent class would be chargeable.

3Why am I supposed to refrain from eating 3 hours before class?

IYoga involves a bit of twists and bends. If you do feel hungry one hour before your session, we recommend you to eat something light, such as fruits or yogurt.

4 How qualified are your yoga instructors?

Every yoga teacher has at least a Bachelor's Degree in Yog and minimum 4 years' experience.

5 What is the duration of each session?

Each session goes for minimum 45 minutes to 1 hour.

6 What are the charges?

Our charges vary upon your location.
